Our Interactive Theater process:
We collaborate with your HR or Training and Development team to:
gather info about your organizational culture, dynamics, and learning goals through interviews, focus groups, and other research
write scripts based on our data and your learning goals.
Our team of professional actors/trainers/facilitators enacts the scenes, giving your participants the opportunity to reflect on how things are now, and explore how things could be different.
After each scene, our expert facilitators guide participants in discussing issues raised in the scenes: the difference between intentions and impact, multiple ways of understanding others’ actions, and alternatives for how they can interact with each other.
Our Applied Improvisation process:
We partner with your HR or L&D team to identify learning objectives and discuss best-fit activities. If more data is needed, we conduct interviews and/or focus groups.
We play! We conduct a range of activities, each debriefed to explore organizational relevance and applicability. Learning focuses on:
